What will be the cost of home care?
We work with each client to keep the costs as low as possible for elders and seniors in the Detroit area. The cost of care may be covered by some private insurances, Medicaid, veteran’s benefits, or long term care insurance.
Does Purpose have a supervisor for the caregivers?
We do a thorough screening and background check for each of our caregivers during the on-boarding process. They are monitored throughout the week by our two founding RNs to ensure that the client’s personalized care plan is working well and maintained. Our Purpose Home and Hospice caregivers are kind and compassionate and able to provide world-class care in the comfort of your own home.
Are all caregivers insured?
According to Michigan state laws, and for the protection of all parties, each of our caregivers are fully insured.
Are you able to provide back-up coverage?
In the case that a caregiver is unable to work their regular shift, we are prepared to provide coverage in their place. Rest assured, you and your loved one’s needs will never be unmet!
How will I know when to get home care for myself or a loved one?
